C13 VS RAPTORZ C.F.
Both team
heading into the game with different mindset but same target- to get all three
points. Broccoli C13 will be looking for their first win of the season
following a 2-1 defeat at the hand of Saints FC. However, their mission to get
their first win will not be an easy one as the take on Raptorz C.F. who comes into this game full of confidence
following 11-0 hammering of Zero Footballers FC. Broccoli C13 will surely hope
for their star players, especially Aman Ali and Ridz to be at their best in
order to bag all three points.
For Raptorz
C.F., confidence will surely be sky high following a great opening day win with
Haridass, Mooney, Thomas, Julian, Thinesh and Thanesh all getting into the
score sheet. However, one player who caught everyone’s attention was surely
Shanmuga, who provided assist for 8 of his team’s 11 goals, and was also
involved in some way for the other three. Raptorz will surely hope that his
great form continues against Broccoli and they will finally notch up their 2nd
win of the season in as many games.

Saints
FC v Letup Legacy
Last week,
Saints needed a late goal from Syazwi to secure all 3 points from the first
game of the season against Broccoli C13, and they will be hoping to keep the
momentum going as they face Letup Legacy who narrowly lost to FC Disqualified.
Last season, the game between these two teams ended up in an entertaining draw,
and this time around this promises to be a tight match as well.
First of
all, let me talk about Saints FC. Against Broccoli C13, three new players
(Rueban, Rahul and Pragash) all made their debut and all of them showed
promising signs. Rahul proved that he is one the best goalkeeper in RNRMU and
capped his excellence performance with a great penalty save. Kumaresan who
missed last season opening game due to injury ensured this time around he has
better start to a season with a well taken goal which put Saints into the lead
against Broccoli C13. Against the fire power of Letup Legacy in the form of
Zul, Fakrul and Azri, Saints need to make sure they strengthen up their defense
and avoid errors which could cost them the match.
Letup
Legacy lost narrowly to FC Disqualified last week and would surely want to put
that lost behind them and concentrate on getting their season up and running
against Saints FC. The defense led by Dalvin must be on their toe to ensure
they don’t leave any space for Saints sticking duo, Kumaresan and
Ravindrakumar. Meanwhile, on Letup Legacy attack can prove to be very dangerous
for any defence especially with the likes of Fakrul and Azri in the team.

Satay will certainly be looking to bounce back from
their loss to their M1 counterparts by putting on a strong show against
Prototype.They certainly have enough quality in their team to overcome any
opponent but they must keep their morale high and concentrate on the task
ahead.
Prototype
put on a strong showing against Chittapa last week and will hope to continue
that streak this week.They are a relatively new team but all the players have
gelled well and the future looks promising for them.The rock solid Aruldesh
will once again anchor his team from defence with Gajen while the attacking
responsibilities will fall to Hubanisan, who scored last week with a well taken
goal and Viknes.The bench looks strong too with Nesh and Ganesh looking to
provide fresh legs.

Ayam played
excellently against Satay last week with Hazwan stealing the show with a brace
on either half.They would be hoping to continue the hot streak this week
against Disqualified.The team will be banking again on Syazwan to deliver the
goods and the playmaker has to be at his best to unlock the young Disqualified.
Disqualified
narrowly won last weeks encounter with Letup Legacy and will have to tighten
their defence in order to get anything from this weeks game.Upfront Dhinesh and
Thamil will be expected to carry the burden of scoring the goals while Theva
and Swathyban will support them from defence. Thaana Raj has to be on his toes
to stop the long shots from Syazwan and his teammates.
Plenty of
attacking talent on display here and will be expecting an exciting open game with plenty of passing and shooting…..

KNIGHTS VS CHITTAPA FC
Last week
De Knights were given a scare by Bukit Cina, after three times losing their
lead, they finally manage to secure all three points courtesy of Venkatesvara’s
2nd goal of the game. This week they face a tougher challenge in the
form of defending champion Chittapa FC who drew their first game of the season
against Prototype FC. A strong performance is required from the defenders
(Kanthan and Kuganesh) of De Knights if they are to get something out of this
game. Up front, they will be hoping for Thamilarasan to put up a show.
Drawing
their first game of the season against Prototype FC will surely fire Chittapa
FC up for this game to ensure they do not drop any more points. Having one of
the best attacks in RFL in the form of Naveen, Sathiya and Shan, they have the
quality to put any defence to sword. Not to forget the quality Iqbal brings
into the team, he has certainly settled well into this team and will be looking
to provide constant service for the strikers.

Coming into
this game after the 11-0 trashing at the hand of Raptorz is surely not a
position Zero Footballer wanted to be in. However the important thing now is
for them to forget about that game and concentrate on the task ahead. Ted and
Ryan would certainly be their best bet to get something out of this game, and
must play well defensively.
Bukit Cina
lost their last game despite being able to level things up on three occasions.
However, judging them based on their performance, they need to improve
defensively to balance up their excellent attack. Hozen Lim proved to be a
really good signing for the team, and he capped his excellence performance
against De Knights with a well taken goal. Surely there is more to come from
him!
